Setelah itu, Bjah juga sempat ditangkap pihak kepolisian karena kedapatan pesta narkoba di sebuah tempat karaoke bernama V2 yang terletak di Duta Merlin, Harmoni, Jakarta Pusat, tepatnya pada 19 Juni 2013. Selain itu, Bjah juga pernah mendirikan Production House yang akhirnya juga bermasalah.

"Kan dulu saya baru sadar ketika hidup saya hancur setelah saya keluar dari The Fly tahun 2005. Apa yang saya bikin hancur berantakan. Saya bikin PH, namanya Pangeran Matahari. Sampe sekarang masih ada, cuma ada perpecahan di dalam lah. Terus beberapa kali saya selalu gagal. Kegagalan itu nggak masuk di akal. Seorang BJah bisa tidak mendapatkan label, itu kan gila. Saya nggak habis pikir, semua orang bingung," kenang Bjah ketika ditemui KapanLagi.com ® di PT. Tri Megah Selaras Indonesia, Jakarta Timur, Kamis (9/11).

"Tadi kan saya bilang apa yang saya kerjain hancur lebur berantakan. Apapun itu. Kegagalan itu tidak masuk di akal, tipu sana, tipu sini. Terakhir ada miss sekitar 2 miliar uang perusahaan dan itu tanggung jawab saya. Saya nggak ngambil. Dan saya buktiin. Saya dimaki-maki tiap hari. Jadi di saat saya nyaris gila. Akhirnya berpikir. Belum lagi saya masuk penjara. Kenapa saya masuk penjara? Karena saya entertainment, polisi liat BJah, keluar masuk diskotik, mesennya Inex, seminggu tiga kali. Bayangin, diskotik mana yang saya nggak masukin? Isinya kan polisi semua, kena lah saya. Dulunya saya menyalahkan Tuhan, menyalahkan Allah. Ini gua nggak layak nih. Gua nggak pernah nipu orang, selalu bantu orang, kenapa gua selalu gagal? Di saat gua mau bener, menurut saya bener dikasih cobaan seperti ini. Akhirnya sadar," sambungnya.

Karena masalah demi masalah yang Ia hadapi, Bjah akhirnya memilih untuk hijrah. Ya, Ia kini telah memutuskan untuk berhenti dari dunia hiburan dan mengubah total penampilan hingga jalan hidupnya jadi sosok yang lebih religius. Lalu bagaimana awal dan kronologi ceritanya?

"Oktober sih, tahun lalu (mulai hijrah). Saya waktu lagi stres itu, saya naik Uber (Uber Car). Sopir ubernya itu lagi ngelihat (video) kajian seorang ustaz Hasan Basri.

Jadi ceritanya gini, Hasan Basri saat itu kedatangan banyak tamu. Yang saat itu diminta pendapat atau solusi masalah.

'Ya Imam, tolonglah aku ya imam. Aku sudah tua, aku belum punya istri, aku ingin menikah'. Imam bilang, 'Pulang lah kau, solat dua rakaat dan minta ampunan kepadanya'. Datang lagi orang, 'Ya Imam, saya udah menikah 20 tahun tidak dikarunia seorang anak', imam itu bilang, 'Pulanglah kalian, bertobatlah kepada Allah, salat dua rakaat'. Para sahabat bilang, 'Kenapa jawabanmu pulang dan bertobat, tobat dan tobat?'. Syeh bilang, 'Karena Rosullulah bersabda, 'Dosamu jadi penghalang doamu'.

Gimana caranya suapaya gua bisa selamet dari sini," kenang pria berdarah Minangkabau itu.

"Karena gini mas bro, tubuh manusia itu tidak Allah ciptakan untuk memcahkan solusi. Nggak bisa. Kita manusia diciptakan bukan untuk memecahkan jalan ke luar. Jalan ke luar, ya dari Allah. Kita pasrah. Makanya banyak ayat Al Quran bilang, 'Wahai orang orang yang beriman, islamlah kau, berserahlah kau secara utuh. Islamlah kau secara kaffah'. Jadi nggak ada lagi tuh, kami dengar kami patuh. Baru Allah tolong. Ya udah, hijrah lah gua. Tinggalin semua," tegasnya lebih jauh.

Setelah hijrah, Bjah kini tak pernah lagi melewatkan kewajiban umat muslim, seperti salat, hingga menjalankan sunah, seperti puasa Senin Kamis. Bahkan, pria berusia 42 tahun itu tak pernah berhenti dzikir di setiap kesempatan,

Bukan hanya yang wajib saya kerjakan tapi semua sunah juga. Banyak sekali pelajaran. Saya zikir nih tiap hari. Allah akan memberikan jalan keluar di saat kesulitan, saya Istighfar nggak berenti. Saya berhenti zikir kalo makan sama tidur. Saya di dalam hati zikir. Sunah-sunah, Alhmdulillah saya kerjakan. Dua rakaat sebelum subuh, empat rakaat sebelum Zuhur. Dari bangun tidur itu sunah.
