Dari hasil Olah Tempat Kejadian Perkara (TKP) penyidik berhasil polisi sudah mengamankan seorang diduga pelaku penganiayaan pimpinan pondok pesantren Al Hidayah tersebut. Terduga pelaku ini atas nama Asep (50) dan berhasil ditangkap di Musala Mufatolah yang berjarak kira-kira dua kilometer dari masjid Al Hidayah, tempat korban dianiaya.

Polisi kemudian membawa dan mengamankan pria tersebut. Saat diminta keterangan, pelaku memang mengaku telah memukuli seseorang di masjid. Saat polisi mengecek tangan pelaku, dan disertai hasil visum dokter, terdapat luka-luka memar pada pergelangan tangannya.

"Sampai saat ini belum diketahui identitas jelas korban dan belum ada saudara ataupun kerabat yang dapat dihubungi," ujar Kapolda Jabar, Irjen Pol Agung Budi M, saat berada di Polres Cirebon Kota, Minggu (28/1/2018)

Kasat Reskrim AKP Firman Taufik mengakui, pihaknya sudah mengamankan sesorang yang diduga pelaku penganiyaan. Namun, untuk kepastian identitasnya belum bisa diungkap. Menurutnya, expositions penyidikan sudah dilaksanakan dengan meminta kembali keterangan para saksi. Sehingga, nantinya bisa dipastikan theme kenapa korban itu dianiaya. Sebelumnya, Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Dirreskrimum) Polda Jawa Barat, Kombes Pol Umar Surya Fana mengatakan, dari hasil penyelidikan sementara, pelaku pemukulan dapat dijerat dengan pasal 351 ayat (1) KUHP tentang penganiayaan yang mengakibatkan luka ringan.

Dengan pasal tersebut, Oknum pelaku terancam mendekap di jeruji besi maksimal selama dua tahun delapan bulan. Namun hukuman ini bisa bertambah apabila setelah dilakukan tes kesehatan korban mengalami luka berat. Maka hukuman pelaku berubah menjadi maksimal lima tahun penjara.

"Alhamdulillah, berkat doa dan dorongan semua pihak kondisi abah sudah membaik, sudah bisa duduk dan bisa makan (yang cair). Komunikasi bisa tapi harus lewat tulisan, mudah-mudahan kondisi ke depan berangsur membaik," Ujar Iwan Ismail.

Pihak keluarga kata dia, meminta semua pihak untuk tidak mengkaitkan kejadian ini dengan hal-hal yang di luar perkiraan.

Pihaknya percaya polisi bisa menangani kasus ini sebaik mungkin. Kejadian ini juga sebagai pelajaran agar ke depan bisa lebih berhati-hati.

Kapolda Jabar Irjen Pol Agung Budi Maryoto membenarkan satu orang ditangkap.
